Number 39: Utopia is one of our first glimpses of a new Exceed Monster from the Zexal era. Released in the Zexal Starter Deck 2011 for the Japanese OCG, and now confirmed for the equivalent Dawn of the Xyz Starter in the TCG. Number 39: Utopia is probably the first Xyz Monster that we've seen with much real potential. A more than handy attack and a nice protective effect, it'll prove hard to dislodge. We can't wait to see how things develop from here.
